Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms explain how our online consultations, prescribing, pharmacy and delivery services work, and your rights when you use them. Please read them before you use our services.
About us
drugs4delivery.com is run by Tatari Realty Company Ltd, trading as Drugs4Delivery, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 06527299. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Tatari Realty Company Ltd, and "you" means the person using our website or services.
Our pharmacy is at Unit 4, Acorn Business Park, Moss Road, Grimsby, England, DN32 0LT, and is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council under registration number 9010768. Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Yaman Tatari MPharm (GPhC 2061218). You can contact us by email at info@drugs4delivery.com or by phone on 01472 241990.
Who can use our services
To use our services you must:
- be 18 or over
- be the person whose details and health information are given in the assessment
- give complete and truthful answers, and tell us about any change to your health or the medicines you take
- have a delivery address in a place we deliver to, as set out in our Shipping Policy
Incomplete or untrue answers can put your health at risk, because your prescriber relies on them to decide whether a treatment is safe for you.
Consultations and prescribing
Every treatment starts with an assessment that a UK-registered prescriber reviews. The prescriber decides whether a treatment is clinically appropriate for you. Completing an assessment, or paying for one, does not mean a medicine will be prescribed. Your prescriber may ask you for more information, identification or test results, and may decide that a treatment is not suitable.
With your consent, we may contact your GP about your treatment. The information on our website is general and is not a substitute for advice about your own health. In an emergency, call 999. For urgent advice, call NHS 111.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown to you before you pay. Delivery is free within the United Kingdom and to Guernsey and Jersey; delivery to other countries is charged, and the amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Where a service carries a consultation or programme fee, we tell you the amount and what it covers before you are asked to pay, and where a service starts with a free call, we only take payment once you choose to go ahead.
We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. We do not accept American Express. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Pixxles, and we do not store your full card details.
If you set up a repeat supply, such as a dosette tray, you authorise us to take the agreed payment every 28 days until you cancel. You can cancel from your account or by contacting us, and no further payments will be taken after that.
Your order
Our contract with you to supply a medicine is made when your prescriber has approved it and we have taken payment. If you have paid for a medicine and it is not approved for supply, we refund you in full.
Delivery times, destinations and what to do if a parcel does not arrive are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. Read our Shipping Policy.
Your right to cancel
Consultations and programmes: you can cancel within 14 days of paying. If you have asked us to start within those 14 days, for example by having your consultation, we may deduct a fair amount for the part of the service already provided. Once a service has been fully provided you can no longer cancel it.
Medicines: you can cancel an order for a medicine at any time before it is dispensed, and we will refund you in full. Once dispensed, a medicine has been made up to your individual prescription and, for safety reasons, cannot be taken back into stock, so the order can no longer be cancelled. This does not affect your rights if a medicine is faulty or is not what you ordered.
To cancel, message us from your account, email info@drugs4delivery.com or call 01472 241990. We refund to the card you paid with, within 14 days of you telling us you want to cancel.
If something is wrong with your order
If a medicine arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, do not take it. Contact us and we will replace it or refund you. You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in these terms affects them.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Our services are for your own private use. We are not responsible for any business loss, such as loss of profit or business opportunity.
Using our website
We work to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. When using the website, please:
- keep your account password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account
- do not try to access another person's account or any part of the website you are not meant to
- do not introduce viruses or other harmful code, or copy the website's content for commercial use
The content of our website belongs to us. Where we link to other websites, we are not responsible for their content.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us so we can put it right. Read how to make a complaint.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms on our website when you place an order apply to that order. If a change affects an ongoing arrangement, such as a repeat supply, we will tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel if you do not agree to it.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring them in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you keep any protections that the law where you live gives you.
