Shipping Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This policy explains how and where we deliver your medicines, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.
When we dispatch
We dispatch a medicine once a UK-registered prescriber has approved it and our pharmacist has checked it. Approved orders are dispatched the same or the next working day. We do not dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays.
Delivery
Delivery is free within the United Kingdom and to Guernsey and Jersey. Delivery costs £40 per order to France and Ireland, and £60 per order to the United Arab Emirates. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Every order is sent by Royal Mail's tracked 24-hour service:
- UK mainland: usually delivered the next working day after dispatch.
- Guernsey, Jersey, France and Ireland: allow a few extra working days. These parcels need a customs declaration, which we complete for you.
- United Arab Emirates: allow longer than for Europe. These parcels also need a customs declaration, which we complete for you. UAE addresses do not need a postcode.
Your medicine arrives in plain, unbranded packaging with no pharmacy markings on the outside. Every medicine is stored, packed and dispatched in line with its own storage guidance.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), Guernsey, Jersey, France, the Republic of Ireland and the United Arab Emirates. We cannot deliver anywhere else.
If the authorities in Guernsey, Jersey, France, Ireland or the United Arab Emirates charge any import duty or tax on your parcel, it is payable by the recipient.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. If you want to know where yours is, message us from your account or contact us and we will check for you.
If something goes wrong
Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. Contact us if:
- it has not arrived when expected
- it arrives damaged or opened
- something is missing or is not what you ordered
We will arrange a replacement or a refund. Please do not take a medicine from a damaged or opened pack; keep it and the packaging until we have been in touch. None of this affects your legal rights.
Returns
For safety reasons, medicines cannot be taken back into stock once they have left the pharmacy, so we cannot accept returns of medicines that are not faulty or incorrect. Our Terms and Conditions explain your cancellation rights in full. Read our Terms and Conditions.
