Non-Refundable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, prescription medications and over-the-counter drugs cannot be returned or refunded once they are dispatched and delivered. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of our products.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@drugs4delivery.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect items and ensure that the correct items are sent to you as soon as possible.

If you believe you have received a damaged product, please contact us at [email] within 48 hours of delivery. We will require detailed photo evidence of the damage, including the packaging, to assess the situation. We reserve the right to deny a replacement or refund if the evidence does not conclusively show that the damage occurred during transit. For approved claims, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Other Products

For non-medication items (such as health devices, wellness products, etc.), returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unopened, in their original condition, and have all seals and packaging intact. If you wish to return these items, please contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds Process
