For safety and legal reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any medication. If you have medicine you no longer need, we recommend taking it to your local pharmacy for safe disposal.

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us via the website or calling 01472 241990 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm).

Your medical information and order history are treated as strictly confidential and are only accessible to our pharmacy and clinical team. We will never share this data unless required to do so by law.
