The procedure used for dealing with complaints meets national criteria and is NHS compliant. Our Manager can give you further information.

NHS Advocacy is now provided by North East Lincolnshire Healthwatch Independent Complaints Advocacy and is available to give advice and support for people who wish to complain about the NHS.
