Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  1. FREE NHS Delivery: Available for all NHS prescriptions, this service requires no shipping fee.
  2. FREE Delivery for Orders Over £10: Enjoy free delivery on all other orders over £10.
  3. Insured Delivery: For orders under £10, we offer insured delivery to ensure the safety and security of your purchase. The cost for insured delivery will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order is processed and shipped:

  • NHS prescriptions are delivered within the standard NHS timelines.
  • Other orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and the specific delivery service used.

Shipping Restrictions

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the shipment of medications. Currently, we only ship medications within the United Kingdom.

Restricted Locations:

  • We cannot ship medications to the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and EU countries.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Drugs4Delivery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Drugs4Delivery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
